Spicy partner workout coming to you this Saturday. I love closing out the week with a gut check and ideally sharing it with somebody else. This cycle expect for a Saturday partner session to be the norm, with an individual option available.

For this one, the run will be done as a partner team, alternating the sand bag as necessary. Both individuals will complete the first round before moving on to the next. One person will conduct the static exercise while the other completes all reps in the round.
If you’re doing this as an individual then still complete the runs and reps as prescribed. We are lightening the volume for you by taking out the alternative partner exercises.
