Add 5 pounds from Monday’s Back Squat weight. This will be the norm every time we squat on this cycle.
Bench will also add 5 pounds each time, but we are only benching once a week.
Give me a good 30 second banded hold at the top of the Hammer Curl, then another 30 seconds of banded max reps.
