Same shuttle sprints we did at the beginning of Reaper. Set up cones 25m apart and do 6 down and backs, touching the ground at each cone. Rest exactly 1 minute then hit your second shuttle. Score is your average time.
Keep adding the weight on the squat and OHP. For the 30/30/30 calf raises find an approximately 1 inch platform and give me 30 reps with toes pointing out, 30 toes in, and 30 toes forward.
When you get to the Engine Builder I encourage you to err on the side of lighter KBs. I’d rather you maintain continuous movement and cycle through all the reps in each movement rather than setting the KBs down every few reps.
