Add 5 pounds from Monday’s Back Squat weight. This will be the norm every time we squat on this cycle.

Bench will also add 5 pounds each time, but we are only benching once a week.

Give me a good 30 second banded hold at the top of the Hammer Curl, then another 30 seconds of banded max reps.

The Engine Builder is pretty straight forward. Challenge yourself on the band tension. Change arms on the Single Arm DB Lunge each round.
