Standard Wednesday programming coming up. We’re hitting some 800m repeats on a 1:1 work to rest interval. This means that if you compete your 800m run in 3:30, then your rest will be the same.
We’re blasting the trunk after our run. There’s a good YouTube video demonstrating each of these movements, but if there’s any confusion then don’t hesitate to reach out and we’ll get it cleared up.
