Here’s a drink to take away muscle aches and pains.

2 lbs carrots

3 oranges

4-6 (4 inch pieces) each of ginger and turmeric

A scoop of protein powder if you want

Place in juicer and GO

  • Turmeric and ginger root fight inflammation in the body~they are powerful super foods to include in your diet.  To increase absorption of turmeric combine with black pepper~I like to use this combination in cooking.
