Purpose of the easy effort run is to warm the body up for the trunk work. You don’t need to sprint the 30 second internals, just move and get warm.

20 minute running clock for our trunk. A lot of you mentioned how much you liked the Captain Morgan side planks so we’re bringing them back for another round.

Tempo sprints are done around a 75-80% effort. Rest while walking back to the start line.
