Some Tabata accessory work for you after you finish your major lifts. I used 50 lb DBs for the floor press. For reference, my bench is sitting around 350 right now and 50s crushed my arms. Err on the side of lighter DBs and go for 20 seconds of continuous work. Hit all 8 rounds of the floor press. Take a short break and then get after the banded push-ups.
