2018 is the year 5.11 will be taking a major leap in the camouflage market. After partnering with Veil Camo, 5.11 has effectively created the GEO-7. In previous years, 5.11 has offered other patterns such as multicam, and had to sell it at a premium price, as every other company. 5.11 has integrated the GEO-7 camouflage pattern into their most popular tactical products at a price that is considerably less than other camouflage patterns offered on the market today.

I would be interested to see this product go through testing and see how it compares to the competition. If what 5.11 says is true, they may be offering a very effective and versatile camouflage pattern at a price that is hard to beat. This is a big launch for 5.11 and I am looking forward to seeing where this product takes them. It isn’t very often that a company takes it upon themselves to develop their own camo pattern. But it would appear that 5.11 is doing just that with the GEO-7.
