This Saturday we are taking on the CrossFit Hero WOD “Zachary Tellier.”
You’ll notice that each round builds on each other, so first you’ll do 10 Burpees, then 10 Burpees and 25 Push-ups, and so on.
While this isn’t our typical Saturday partner workout, this one make it really easy to gather a group of people together and knock it out.
If you’re not at a point where you think you can get this done in about 30 minutes with the vest, then just go for body weight.
