Little review on the ArachniGRIP Slide Spider! First off I gotta say I’m pretty stoked and impressed about these Slide Spiders! So let’s gets started with the steps I put these through. Now when I opened the package I was pretty pleased to see they came with their own alcohol pads which is good because they need a good clean surface to adhere to.

Installing the Slide Spider was a breeze just wipe down the surface peel off the back and align the patterned grip with the slots on the slide and press firmly to work in the adhesive for a solid bond. After installed I looked and thought it was a pretty pleasing look on the pistol And was pretty happy with it.

Now, I racked the Slide so many times I lost count between just a random rack here and there and on the range doing reload drills with 1 round in the magazine. I wanted to use the Slide Spider as much as possible to get a good overall feeling for it. I even thought about some of the classes people take and struck it off my belt to rack the slide and off my boot.

Now this morning I was lucky enough to have a good passing shower so I figured hey the wetter the better! Water does not even affect it at all it still just as useful with plenty of grip AND the adhesive bond was rock solid it didn’t even budge 0.0001mm which I was pretty stoked about because the eBay ones I’ve tried before fell off when they got wet. In total I racked the Slide and used the Slide Spider about 350 times way overused it but I know it held up perfect!!!

All in all it’s a great upgrade you can pick up for around $20-25 for a 2 pack depending on the pattern you choose. And if you’re like me with several friends having the same pistols you’ll definitely stand out while 20 of them are on a table! They have these for TONS of makes and models and patterns so check them out!! They have several colors, state flags, military branches, thin blue line, etc go check and see if they have one for you!!
