In 2019, I joined a small team of armed forces veterans to embark on what turned out to be a life-changing humanitarian mission to Lesotho, a mountainous country in Southern Africa. Our goal was to enhance the infrastructure and promote the development of a Life Skills College for young people in the area. Part One of this previously unseen footage was filmed by Jimmy Hyland over the course of the three weeks we were there. From the stunning, yet harsh, landscape to the heart-warming welcome and interactions with the local community, the people of Lesotho will forever hold a place close to my heart. Their strength and determination is nothing short of inspirational. They give hope to us all. Huge thanks to Jimmy Hyland for capturing some pretty special moments and to Felix Northover & Tracey Duke for producing. This video is testament to the power of the human spirit and to what can be achieved when good people come together for a common goal.
