Slumberjack’s Windage jacket and pants are fully waterproof with a 3-layer breathable laminate that sheds rain and melting snow while allowing internal moisture to escape. Filled with features to protect you when mother nature is at her worst, their water resistance, weight, bulk and design are all excellent. I live in the Great Northwest. With the un-predictable weather here, a rain jacket and pants are a year round necessity.

The Slumberjack Windage jacket and pants designed for movement and cut so that you can walk comfortably over rough terrain and climb over dead fall. The relaxed athletic cut with articulation in the elbows, knees and crotch provides outstanding mobility and layering in colder weather.
A full coverage hood keeps you dry with an integrated visor for uninhibited periphery vision during movement. You can use this jacket as an outer shell on mild days or layer over a down jacket when it is really cold out.
Pockets in all the right places make this a functional and versatile jacket. The hand pockets have a fleece lining which give them a nice warm feel. PU coated #7 zippers keep wind and rain out.
The armpit zippers are a nice touch; when you are working, you can over run the ability of you rain jacket to push out moisture. With the Windage, you can open your pit vents to help keep cool walking up a mountain or dragging your elk.
The knee high ankle zips pull on over your pants if it starts to rain unexpectedly. The back of the waist band has a sticky rubberized section to keep the pants from ridding down. Belt loops let you wear Windage like well fitting trousers.
The Windage comes in the Perception DST (Disruptive Shadow Technology) camouflage pattern. Designed by Vince Mares, a former paratrooper in the Army’s 82nd Airborne, it is inspired by natural foliage shadows and negative spaces. Slumberjack’s Disruptive Shadow Technology blends sharp outlines with blurred, shadow-like shapes effectively disrupting the human form at long range or up close. Creating an illusion through depth of field and color adaptation, it blends with varied terrain.
