Hitting the first day of our reload week. I know it’s called a de-load, but this name makes way more sense to me. This week is all about getting ourselves ready to burn it down next Monday.
Coaching tip for this week. Reload doesn’t mean that this is a cakewalk. I’ve intentionally cut the volume down so you can still approach these training sessions with the same tenacity as you would any other day with us. At the same time, if you’re feeling burnt out and want to take a rest day, then do it. The gym is where we tear our muscles apart and gains are made by our ability to recover.
