Saturdays on this program are all about getting some people together to share in the training.

Sending this out early today so you have time to dust off your ruck and get ready to crush it tomorrow.

Ruck and lunges are done together. Unless you go Rambo with your ruck weight you should be able to move through the Ground to Overhead pretty quickly. I found the best strategy is to alternate each rep with your partner. This allows you to quickly reset yourself and get ready for the next rep.

While this is for time, remember that we never sacrifice posture and position on our movements.
