A video has surfaced showing a Hamas militant capturing the moment of his own death while walking through an Israeli settlement. The footage, posted on X, appears to be recorded from a body camera and features a group of Hamas terrorists traversing the settlement. In the background, distant gunfire can be heard.

As they pass a building and become exposed on a small street, the sound of gunfire intensifies. The body camera falls to the ground as the militant screams in agony. Several more shots can be heard before the man falls silent.

The actual gunman is not visible in the video. The video’s release coincides with the escalating tensions between Israel and Palestine, sparked by a surprise attack launched by Hamas militants on Israel. This attack resulted in the tragic death of at least 1,300 people, primarily civilians, and prompted a swift and deadly response from Israel. Additionally, Hamas took an estimated 150 captives back to Gaza.

In response, Israel declared a “total siege” and cut off power to Gaza, which is under the control of Hamas. Tragically, an estimated 1,530 Palestinians in Gaza have lost their lives as a result of Israeli airstrikes in the region.
