I own nearly a dozen pairs of glasses from the Wiley X brand, and I like all of them. My favorite pair for running are the P17, because of their lean frame but I have a few that I like simply for their vibe.  So many options to choose from. Wiley X offers eyewear in different frame colors & patterns, and lenses in a variety of colors. If you’re looking for good sunglasses, then check out Wiley X. Their sunglasses combine rugged durability with all-day comfort, and the Wiley X Kryptek WX Omega is a standout choice. This particular model is designed for hunters, anglers, outdoor enthusiasts, and of course anyone who spends long hours in the sun. Priced at $210.00. With every purchase of their glasses, you get a microfiber drawstring bag, and black zippered case.

One of the biggest reasons I love the WX Omega is its high-wrap frame design. I do a lot of outdoors activity, and I really appreciate the wraparound fit. It blocks peripheral sunlight, wind, dust, and debris, and makes these ideal for everything from fishing to hiking and more. Whatever your activity, these are great for the outdoors. Good sunglasses are more than a fashion accessory—they’re an investment in your eye health. When choosing sunglasses, don’t focus only on style. Look for lenses that provide full UV protection and a comfortable fit. The right pair can help you see better, feel more comfortable, and protect your vision for years to come.

The eyewear is made of a lightweight Triloid™ nylon frame. Triloid is a type of nylon used in eyewear frames, known for its lightweight and durable properties. It is designed to withstand impacts and is often used in high-quality sunglasses for maximum protection and comfort.

They are not heavy at all, and they stay comfortable on your face, even after hours of wear. I want a secure fit. I do not want glasses that constantly slide down my face. Some frames fit me very well, and some simply don’t. There are specific brands that I go to for my eyewear, and Wiley X is one of them.

The Kryptek camouflage frame gives the sunglasses a unique, outdoors-inspired look. It’s stylish without being over-the-top and pairs well with outdoor gear. The shatterproof polycarbonate lenses provide 100% UVA/UVB protection and meet ANSI Z87.1+ impact safety standards, giving users confidence whether they’re on the trail, at the range, or on the water. Many of their models also meet military ballistic protection standards, making them much tougher than ordinary sunglasses.

Go thru the comments section online about Wiley X, and many customers mention owning multiple pairs or replacing an older pair after years of heavy use because they trust the quality. The high-wrap design also receives frequent praise for reducing glare and blocking distracting side light, helping improve visibility in bright conditions. Here’s why I like these glasses:

  • Comfortable, lightweight frame for all-day wear.
  • High-wrap design provides excellent coverage and blocks peripheral light.
  • ANSI Z87.1+ rated impact protection for work and recreation.
  • Durable construction that stands up to harsh outdoor environments.
  • Excellent lens clarity with 100% UV protection.
  • Secure fit that stays in place during active use.
  • Distinctive Kryptek camouflage styling for hunters and outdoor enthusiasts.

The Wiley X Kryptek WX Omega is an excellent investment for anyone who needs more than just fashionable sunglasses. They offer premium eye protection, outstanding durability, and dependable comfort in a rugged package.  If performance and protection are your priorities, the WX Omega is a pair of sunglasses that won’t disappoint.
