Last big run day of the cycle. Keep building that aerobic base.

Hit 3-5 strict pull-ups with a 3 second eccentric each minute. I want you to really get that full 3 second negative, so if your pull-up skills don’t allow you to get 5 quality reps every minute, then hit 3 or 4. The important part is that we are moving in the right direction.
