I have been working on my mind and soul for a while and apologize for the silence…“Tu ne cede malis sed contra audentior ito” ‘Yield not to misfortunes, but advance all the more boldly against them’

To say these past five years have been hell would be a understatement. I have had times where death seemed as honey to my soul, or felt as if I was blindly crawling in darkness, I have learned that I am capable of great suffering and pain. However dark and hopeless and the depths of disparity may be, I can only speak of this one hope.

That to face the moment and accept it, no longer rebelling in thought & spirit by dwelling on its unfairness or drastic changes, or being a victim etc. Instead not letting your experiences and sufferings be in vain, by looking at what is able to be gained only in such desperate circumstances and applying them to your own being; humility, feelings of brokenness, hopeless, etc. that allow you to be empathetic to others and have wisdom and understanding, to be refined instead of looking at it negatively, learning to be grateful for such opportunity to experience all of life’s offerings. The richness of soul mind and body from adversity is truly a blessing if we allow it to be, or we can let it destroy us become cold bitter.

I choose Love, for there is no fear in love, and love endures all things, hopes all things, love is patient and kind, love never fails.
