Chilliwack, BC — MDT is proud to announce the release of the LSS GEN3 Tactical Forend, a rugged, full-rail enclosed forend engineered for tactical flexibility, secure night-vision mounting, and broad accessory compatibility.
Featuring a full-length top Picatinny rail, the forend is optimized for night-vision and optical attachments. M-LOK slots on the sides, bottom, and 45° faces provide versatile mounting for lights, grips, bipods, and other mission-critical accessories.
The robust enclosed design routes the barrel through the forend to ensure stability and repeatability. Available in 7.40″ and 13.7″ lengths, the forend weighs just 0.77 lb (12.3 oz) in its 13.7″ configuration, and comes in Black or FDE finishes.
Built to fit the LSS GEN3 chassis system, the LSS GEN3 Tactical Forend is fully compatible with standard M-LOK accessories, Picatinny-mounted optics, and sling swivel stud hardware.
The LSS GEN3 is MDT’s most popular compact chassis, designed to provide hunters, competitive shooters, and tactical marksmen with a lightweight yet highly adaptable platform.
The system features modular forend options, adjustable buttstocks, and broad rifle action compatibility, allowing shooters to configure their rifle for precision, portability, and mission-specific performance.
The addition of the new Tactical Forend expands this versatility, giving users enhanced accessory mounting space and night-vision readiness.
