“Every young warrior yearns to live immortally until he dies.”~Michael Kurcina

One of man’s spiritual dilemmas is balancing how he can long to live immortally while simultaneously living safely upon this earth. How can a man long for a certain kind of eternity, yet also yearn for another life, a greater life than the life that he has, without feeling as if he lives it too safely? Enter the idea of living long, or adding family. What now? Enter now the idea of adding money into the calculation of a man’s value and how it relates to his overall view of his self-worth. Solving this kind of math equation proves to be difficult. Any man moved solely by money will have many emotional problems if he cannot separate his material sense of what are riches from his total sense of worth; there will be some dissonance. A warrior’s body is but a stronghold that should never open its doors to ignoble things; he must strive daily to protect his noble heart, and not prostitute it by pursuing things outside of his cause. There is a logic to this universe that we can understand but we have to be willing to follow through when it speaks to us.

Action: 1. Make plans and follow them. 2. Do good deeds that will live on through your children. 3. Love. 4. Feed your soul with friends, art, music and travel. 5. Share your knowledge. 5. Don’t give up hoping; live for tomorrow.
