The U.S. Army Ranger Handbook, officially designated as TC 3-21.76, is a comprehensive field manual that outlines the tactics, techniques, and procedures essential for Ranger operations. Designed primarily for use by the elite U.S. Army Rangers, it serves as a vital reference for light infantry units across the military. The handbook covers a wide range of topics including leadership principles, small-unit tactics, reconnaissance, ambush strategies, survival skills, and mission planning. The latest edition of TC 3-21.76, Ranger Handbook was published last month and, supersedes the previous version dated 26 April 2017
