One Tip When Using a Kettlebell in a One Arm Press

Here is the basic one arm press overhead demonstrated in a very short video by master-lifter Marty. What we’re going to show you is too simple.  Marty’s tip is to simply bring your arm down in order to let the shoulder muscles rest and rechamber. I have seen many ‘pros’ do otherwise, and to each their own, but if you want to build your pain threshold, and repetition count then this is the beginning of conditioning yourself by doing COMPLETE extensions.
