1. Missing Item, Missing Parts or Accessories
Check your order summary to verify all the items in your order were shipped. Sometimes when a customer has multiple items in their order, we will ship each item as it comes into our warehouse, unless it is specified in the ‘Comments’ section that you would like a complete order.
Click the ‘Your Account’ link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered.
If each of your packages shows a status of ‘delivered’, please contact our customer service for assistance.
- Your Order was Cancelled
If we cancel your order, we’ll send you an email informing you of the reason. Some of the reasons we may cancel your order is the item is not available or the mailing address listed by you is incorrect. You can place a new order with us and update your information.
