Director Neill Blomkamp has released the second sci-fi short in his new Oats Studios series! It’s called Firebase and it’s set during the Vietnam War. The story follows an American soldier named Hines “through an ever-deepening web of science fiction madness.” The description goes on to say that “the fabric of space-time literally beginning to bend around him.”

The nearly 27-minute long mini-movie titled “Firebase” seems part Predator and Apocalypse Now.
