We’re joined by LT Kegan “SMURF” Gill, USN (Ret.). A former Navy F/A-18E Super Hornet pilot known for surviving the fastest ejection in naval aviation history at 695 mph. Despite sustaining severe injuries, multiple surgeries, and battling PTSD and a traumatic brain injury, Kegan’s journey to recovery has been extraordinary. Through holistic therapies, including psychedelic-assisted treatments, he achieved profound healing. Now a motivational speaker, author, and family man, Kegan shares his story of resilience, inspiring others to overcome their own challenges. His upcoming memoir, “Phoenix Revival: The Aftermath of Naval Aviation’s Fastest Survived Ejection,” will be released in early spring 2025.
