Ingredients

• 16-20 ounce mason jar
• 1 tbsp Organic Virgin Coconut Oil (Medium Chain Triglyceride i.e. good fat )
• 1 tbsp Local Grass Fed Butter (another Medium Chain Triglyceride)

Mixing Instructions: In a large mason jar, add coconut oil, butter, and 3FUEL, then use a electric hand mixer for 15secs. Caution, buckle your seatbelt prior to consumption.
